Job Description
In dieser Rolle liegt dein Schwerpunkt auf der Organisation und Steuerung unserer operativen Abläufe – insbesondere im Office Management und Fleet Management.
Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Büroalltag reibungslos funktioniert, behältst den Überblick über unseren Fahrzeugpool und unterstützt ergänzend im administrativen HR-Bereich. Gleichzeitig hilfst du dabei, unsere internen Strukturen und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Aufgaben
- Office Management: Verantwortung für die gesamte Büroorganisation – von Bestellungen über Strukturierung von Abläufen bis hin zur Koordination externer Dienstleister.
- IT Management: Verwaltung unseres IT‑Equipments inklusive Ausgabe, Einrichtung, Rücknahme sowie sorgfältiger Pflege des Inventars.
- Fleet Management: Betreuung unseres Fahrzeugpools, inklusive Fahrzeugübergaben, Terminorganisation für Wartungen und lückenloser Dokumentation.
- People Management: Unterstützung im administrativen HR‑Bereich, z. B. bei Verträgen, Bescheinigungen und Vorlagen. Aktive Mitarbeit bei On- und Offboardings neuer Kolleg*innen.
- Eventorganisation: Planung und Durchführung unserer Team-Events sowie Offsites – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Office Management, Operations, HR oder in einer ähnlichen organisatorischen Rolle
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen parallel strukturiert zu steuern
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit HR-Prozessen (z. B. Verträge, Onboarding, Personalverwaltung)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
