Aufgaben

• Als ambitionierte Führungskraft übernehmen Sie schnell die Mitverantwortung für die Abläufe der Geschäftsstelle. Dazu gehören u.a. Budgetverantwortung sowie die Auswertung monatlicher Ergebnisse und deren Aufbereitung
• Analyse, Definition und weitgehend selbstbestimmte Erschließung des Marktpotentials Ihrer Vertriebsregion
• Neukundengewinnung und Ausbau von Altkunden
• Nachhaltige Entwicklung der Personaldienstleistung an Ihrem Standort
• Als Führungskraft sind Sie fachlicher Vorgesetzter aller interner Mitarbeiter
• Auswertung der monatlichen Zahlen und Installation bzw. Ableitung von Maßnahmen

Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium
• Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung und suchen eine neue Herausforderung, den nächsten Stepp auf Ihrer Karriereleiter
• Kundenkontakte in der Region sind vorteilhaft
• Sie sind eine dynamische, leistungsstarke und sehr vertriebsorientierte Persönlichkeit
