Aufgaben
Kein Tag ist wie der andere – genau das macht den Job aus.
Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden – persönlich, telefonisch und per E-Mail.
Du bearbeitest eingehende Anliegen oder sorgst dafür, dass sie bei der richtigen Person landen.
Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung von Versicherungsverträgen und Schadenfällen.
Du organisierst Termine und hältst unserem Vertrieb den Rücken frei.
Du pflegst Kundendaten und kümmerst dich um die Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Versicherungsgesellschaften.
Du bringst Struktur in den Büroalltag und unterstützt bei Projekten und Aktionen.
Du denkst mit, bringst eigene Ideen ein und hilfst dabei, unsere Abläufe immer ein Stück besser zu machen.
Qualifikation
