Wir suchen Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Teammitglied unseres Fachbereichs Ordermanagement am Standort Bochum. Werde Teil der thinkGROUP und unterstütze uns als Mitarbeiter Auftragsdisposition & -steuerung (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Planung und Koordination von Aufträgen im Hardware Lifecycle Umfeld in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb und der Produktion
• Überwachung und Verfolgung der Einhaltung zugesagter Liefertermine beim Kunden
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams und Abteilungen, um eine reibungslose sowie erfolgreiche Auslieferung und ggf. Rückabwicklungen von Aufträgen zu gewährleisten
• Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Umfeld der Produktion und Logistik sowie Unterstützung bei der Implementierung in das ERP-System SAP R/3
• Erstellung von Transportaufträgen, Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen
• Web-Shop Auftragsanlage und Weiterbearbeitung
• Registrierung von Garantieerweiterungen
• Verwaltung von Materialstammdaten
• Erstellung von Auswertungen (Lagerbestände etc.), Berichten und Dokumentationen

Qualifikation

• abgeschlossene kaufmännische- oder technische Berufsausbildung in Kombination mit einer Weiterbildung zum Betriebs-/Fachwirt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit den ERP-Systemen SAP R/3 oder S/4 im Umfeld Produktion und Logistik, wahlweise proAlpha, Navision etc.
• sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket insbesondere MS Excel
• fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Grundkenntnisse in Englisch

• Teamfähigkeit
