Aufgaben

Du möchtest nicht nur ein einzelnes Produkt betreuen, sondern ganzheitlich in modernen Microsoft-365-Umgebungen arbeiten?
Dann bist du bei uns richtig. Wir suchen keinen reinen Spezialisten für ein abgegrenztes Tool, sondern einen IT-Generalisten mit technischem Verständnis, Neugier und dem Anspruch, komplexe Kundenumgebungen nachhaltig zu gestalten.

• Bring Menschen zusammen: Du sorgst mit den Produkten von Microsoft für flüssige Kommunikationsabläufe und einen reibungslosen Datenaustausch bei unseren Kund*innen – sowohl beratend als auch operativ.
• Nutze alle Möglichkeiten: Du hast keine Angst vor neuen Themen und Begriffe wie Exchange, Entra, Teams, AD und Sharepoint sind für dich keine Fremdwörter.
• Mach´s besser: Ob on-premises oder in der Cloud – du findest immer die perfekte Lösung und baust komplett neue Strukturen auf oder begleitest deine Kund*innen bei der Migration ins ideale Kommunikationssystem.
• Sorge für Durchblick: Mit deiner übersichtlichen technischen Dokumentation und aktiven Trainings-on-the-Job machst du deinen Kund*innen alle Funktionen und Features verständlich.
• Stay organized: Du koordinierst deine Projekte eigenverantwortlich, organisierst deine Termine selbst und behältst die Übersicht.
• Werde Teil der Familie: Wenn du mal Hilfe brauchst, sind wir gern für dich da. Im Gegenzug unterstützt auch du deine Kolleg*innen mit Fachwissen und hilfst ihnen bei Fragen gerne weiter.
