Aufgaben

• Du leitest das Tagesgeschäft, steuerst den gesamten Geschäftsablauf und hast die betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen stets im Griff.
• Mit Leidenschaft führst, motivierst und entwickelst du dein Team. Du erstellst die Personaleinsatzpläne und führst neue Mitarbeitende sicher an ihre Aufgaben heran.
• Du gestaltest die Verkaufsflächen, präsentierst unsere Sortimente ansprechend und setzt verkaufsfördernde Maßnahmen kreativ um.
• Du überwachst die Sortimentspflege sowie die Warenqualität und stellst sicher, dass unser internes QM-System gelebt wird.
• Du repräsentierst unseren Markt nach innen und außen und sorgst durch deine Präsenz auf der Fläche für eine starke Kundenbindung.

Qualifikation

• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel (z. B. Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel) sowie eine Fortbildung zum Handelsfachwirt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Du kommunizierst transparent, führst mit Empathie und triffst Entscheidungen eigenverantwortlich.
• Analytisches Denken und organisatorisches Talent sind für dich selbstverständlich.
• Du bist offen für neue Arbeitssysteme und bleibst auch in stressigen Situationen gelassen.
• Du bist kein "Bürohocker", sondern zeigst Gesicht auf der Verkaufsfläche.
