Du bist nicht der "Praktikant". Du bist unser verlängerter Arm im Marketing und Business Development. Du lernst, wie man ein Unternehmen mit fast wenig Budget und maximaler KI-Power skaliert.

  • Scout-Hacking: Du akquirierst und steuerst unser Netzwerk an Insider-Scouts.
  • Content-Roasting: Du entwickelst mutige Strategien für TikTok/LinkedIn, um Aura Jobs zur bekanntesten (und gefürchtetsten) Plattform der Szene zu machen.
  • Growth Operations: Du nutzt Tools wie Claude Code und AI-Automations, um Prozesse zu bauen, für die Konzerne ganze Abteilungen brauchen.
  • Partnerschaften: Du holst die ersten 100 Firmen an Bord, die den Mut haben, sich unserem "Roast"-Format zu stellen.
