- 12minutes: Online-Erste-Hilfe-Kurse für Baby- und Kindernotfälle. 20.000+ Kund:innen, 4,9 Sterne.
- ouchie: stylishe Erste-Hilfe-Sets, zertifizierte Medizinprodukte, für Eltern.
7-stelliger Jahresumsatz, profitabel, ohne Investoren. Jetzt drücken wir aufs Gas, DACH und international.
Wir suchen jemanden, der/die hungrig ist, schnell lernt, selbst anpackt und in naher Zukunft mit uns die Firma führen möchte.
Aufgaben
Du übernimmst Verantwortung im Marketing, denkst in neuen Projekte, priorisierst und skalierst.
- Ausbau Creator Marketing (Auswahl, Briefings, Produktion, Skalierung)
- Skalierung Performance Marketing in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Performance Marketing Managerin
- Aufbau Content Marketing auf Insta/TikTok & YouTube
- Aufbau von Marktplätze (Amazon) und neue Kanäle (Apotheken, Drogerien)
- Aufbau neuer Kanäle und kreative Growth Hacks
- Cross-Selling zwischen 12minutes und ouchie
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in Growth Marketing oder DTC/E-Commerce: du hast schon mal eine Brand oder einen Funnel skaliert
- Du denkst in CAC, LTV, ROAS, das ist dein Daily Business, nicht Neuland
- Du machst Dinge selbst, statt sie zu delegieren
- Du willst mehr als nur ausführen, du willst mitgestalten, aufbauen, bist hungrig, ambitioniert und hast kreative Ideen
- Sehr gutes Deutsch, gutes Englisch
