Als Marketing Assistant (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Team bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg und trägst gemeinsam mit uns dazu bei, dass unsere Aktivitäten wirkungsvoll und zielgerichtet umgesetzt werden.

Aufgaben

• Du wirkst aktiv an der Planung und Umsetzung nationaler und internationaler Marketingkampagnen in den Bereichen Print, Digital, PR und Social Media mit
• Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere Website-Inhalte über das Content-Management-System weiter
• Du betreust unsere Social-Media-Kanäle redaktionell und bringst kreative Ideen für neue Inhalte und Formate ein
• Du planst, erstellst, versendest und optimierst Newsletter sowie Direktmailings in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
• Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Messen, Firmenevents und Kundenveranstaltungen
• Du erstellst und bereitest Präsentationen, Kampagnenpläne, Reports und relevante Marketingkennzahlen professionell auf

Qualifikation

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, BWL, Medien- oder Kommunikationsmanagement – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing mit, insbesondere im Bereich Social Media und digitale Kampagnen
• Mit Microsoft Office gehst du sicher um, kennst dich mit Grafiktools wie Canva aus und hast bestenfalls schon mit Content-Management-Systemen wie WordPress gearbeitet
• Du überzeugst durch Kreativität, Teamgeist und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, zielorientiert und gehst Themen lösungsorientiert an
• Du bringst eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Themen mit
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
