Job Description
Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and the pioneer of Process Mining technology. As one of the world’s fastest-growing enterprise SaaS companies, we are changemakers pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. We invest heavily in advanced AI capabilities—specifically our Process Intelligence Graph—to turn data insights into immediate business action. We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock global productivity and sustainability by placing intelligence at the core of every business process. Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet.
The Team:
Be part of an innovative Product team passionate about revolutionizing process intelligence. We work on cutting-edge technologies that turn event data into actionable insights. Our collaborative, cross-functional team thrives on challenging the status quo and continuously pushing for product excellence.
The Role:
We are looking for a Manager, Product Management to lead our Data Pipeline and Integration strategy, ensuring that the Celonis Process Intelligence Graph can ingest and process any data, from any system, at any speed. As a Manager within the Data Platform team, you will be responsible for the "front door" of Celonis. You will lead the vision for how we connect to the world's most complex enterprise landscapes, moving beyond traditional batch extraction to a world of real-time, zero-copy, and push-based ingestion. You will manage a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in scaling our new engineering hub in India.
This role is at the heart of the Celonis mission. If you are passionate about building the infrastructure that powers the world’s most intelligent business processes, we want to hear from you.
The work you’ll do:
- Expand Data Connectivity: Ensure Celonis can access all business data regardless of format, source system, or ingestion method, maintaining our position as the most connected platform in the market.
- Scale the India Hub: Lead and mentor our expanding product teams in India, driving the roadmap for out-of-the-box Extractors and accelerating our delivery of native connectivity.
- Optimize ETL Reliability: Take ownership of the reliable execution of ETL workloads, focusing on optimizing resource utilization and system performance for our largest global customers.
- Deliver Platform Primitives: Drive the development of the Extractor Builder, push-based ingestion (REST, S3), and generic JDBC connectivity to empower customers and partners to build their own integrations.
- Expand Zero-Copy Strategy: Expand and drive strategic data partnerships and zero-copy integrations, reducing data redundancy and accelerating time-to-value for the enterprise.
- Enable Agentic Use: Design pipeline management experiences that are easily configurable and troubleshootable by both human administrators and AI agents.
- Unlock Real-Time Use Cases: Lead the transition to real-time ingestion capabilities, enabling customers to move from retrospective analysis to proactive, operational process intervention.
- Cross-Platform Alignment: Work closely with the Transformation Stack and PQL (Process Query Language) teams to ensure a seamless, high-performance experience across the entire data lifecycle.
The qualifications you need:
- Experience: 7+ years in technical product management, specifically within data integration, ETL, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing and scaling product teams, with experience operating in global, distributed environments (experience with India-based hubs is a plus).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern data architectures, including SQL, REST APIs, cloud storage (S3/Azure/GCS), and streaming technologies.
- Integration Knowledge: Hands-on experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and various data connectivity protocols (JDBC, OData, S3, REST etc.).
- Strategy & Execution: Ability to define a long-term vision for "Data as a Service" while maintaining a rigorous focus on execution and operational stability.
- Education: A master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between deep engineering requirements and executive business value.
What Celonis can offer you:
- Pioneer Innovation: Work with the global leader in Process Mining and the Process Intelligence Graph to shape the future of AI-driven business operations.
- Ownership from Day 1: Every full-time "Celonaut" is an owner, receiving Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and merit-based refresh grants.
- Unrivaled Family Support: Benefit from our inclusive parental leave policy—24 weeks of fully paid leave for primary carers and 12 weeks for supporting carers, available from your first day of employment.
- Work-Life Integration: Enjoy Unlimited PTO (in applicable regions) and generous PTO globally, as well as a flexible hybrid work model that balances remote focus with vibrant office collaboration.
- Continuous Growth: Elevate your skills through our 70-20-10 learning framework, mentorship programs, and access to a dedicated learning platform.
- Holistic Well-being: Prioritize your health with subsidized Wellhub memberships, mental health counseling, and dedicated "Wellness Weeks" that prioritize work/life balance.
- Drive Sustainability: Participate in annual Impact Days, where you receive paid time off to volunteer for community and environmental causes with your local office, or virtually.
- Global Inclusion & Belonging: Find community through our Inclusion Think Tank and participate in our annual Inclusion Days, ensuring every voice is heard and valued.
- Value-Driven Impact: Join a mission-led organization where our core values—Live for Customer Value, The Best Team Wins, We Own It, and Earth Is Our Future—drive every decision.
