Job Description

Hello! I am looking to switch careers in a year or two, and want to work remotely as right now I drive about 25k a year on my car. I am currently a full time nanny/house manager and absolutely love it, but realistically need a job with more benefits and my biggest concern, maternity leave. I am currently 26 would love to start a family in a couple of years. I have no clue where to start. I dont know what I am good at, but I know I am resourceful, educated, and very organized. I am willing to learn new things I just cannot afford education right now. My husband has become medically complex over the last few years and a lot of our time and money has been put towards getting him health. He is now doing well, so we are beginning to focus on careers vs a job that makes money. 2015-2019, I worked at a restaurant started as a hostess and worked up to lead which resulted in me doing some small management tasks (inventory, restocking, scheduling for FOH) 2019-2022 I worked as a daycare teacher, and after 1.5 years I became a lead teacher of my own infant classroom \*2020 Graduated with Associates Degree in Graphic Design. I did not love the field. I am first gen so I felt forced into college to please everyone, and was lucky enough to have my tuition covered with scholarships, which is why I chose that degree in the first place. I went to a tech high school for Graphic Designs/Photography/Art 2022-Current, full time nanny and house manager. I also work on the side as a babysitter and mothers helper. I am trying to stay remote to save gas/maintenance costs on my car. I am looking to start around 55k, which I know can be a lot for entry level, but right now I make 45k after taxes and gas reimbursement, so I am trying not to go too far below my current income. I’ve looked into Nanny Recruitment as a recruiter/interviewer, but a lot of that is sales and I need a more stable income as I am mainly the bread winner. I have done lots of research there is just so many options out there I dont know where to start! Thanks for any advice and help!
