Als Lead (m/w/d) Creator Marketing übernimmst du die operative Steuerung unseres Influencer- und UGC-Bereichs und leitest ein Team von ca. 5–10 Personen. Zusammen sorgt ihr dafür, dass Kampagnen sauber geplant, smart umgesetzt und mit klarem Fokus auf Performance geliefert werden.

Deine Aufgaben
- Operative Leitung von Influencer-Kampagnen – von der Recherche über die Creator-Auswahl bis zum Livegang
- Hands-on Steuerung und Umsetzung von UGC-Projekten inklusive Briefings, Feedbackschleifen und finalem Output
- Teamführung im Daily Business: Coaching, Unterstützung im Projektalltag, Priorisierung & Ressourcenplanung
- Qualität & Performance sicherstellen: Monitoring relevanter KPIs, operative Prozessoptimierung, kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Abläufe
- Enge Creator-Beziehungen aufbauen & pflegen – inkl. Vertragsabstimmungen, Timings und koordinierter Kommunikation
- Vertrags- und Themen-Sicherheit gewährleisten: einfache, praxisnahe Vertragsabwicklung & GDPR-konformes Arbeiten sicherstellen
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Influencer- und/oder Creator Marketing (Agentur- oder Unternehmensseite)
- Erste Führungserfahrung – z. B. als Senior, Lead, Projektverantwortliche:r oder Mentor:in
- Sehr gutes Plattform- und Tool-Verständnis, besonders für Instagram, TikTok und YouTube
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie Klarheit im Umgang mit Creators und Partnern
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C2) sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kreatives Gespür für Content, Trends und die Bedürfnisse von digitalen Communities
