Wir sind Getränkeland Online, ein in 2021 für das Onlinegeschäft gegründeter Ableger des stationären Getränkefachhändlers Getränkeland.

Wir betreiben aktuell drei Online-Shops:

- Dosenmatrosen für Dosengetränke

- Nomi Shop für pflanzliche Milchalternativen

- Nullpegel für alkoholfreie Alternativen

Exzellenter Kundenservice und eine offene, ehrliche Kommunikation sind uns besonders wichtig.

Um der steigenden Zahl an Bestellungen und den wachsenden Anforderungen gerecht zu werden, suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung im Kundenservice an unserem Standort in Elmenhorst bei Rostock.

Perspektivisch ist eine höhere Wochenarbeitszeit möglich. Wir garantieren eine detaillierte, persönliche Einarbeitung in unsere etablierten Prozesse und eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Kundenserviceleitung.

Aufgaben

• Du beantwortest Fragen zu Artikeln und Bestellungen über Telefon und E-Mail
• Bei Versandproblemen trittst Du mit der Kundschaft in Kontakt
• Du nutzt unsere IT-Systeme, um Reklamationen abzuwickeln

Qualifikation

• Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und sorgfältig
• Du hast Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt
• Du hast keine Scheu vor der Arbeit mit IT-Systemen
• Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Du kannst täglich von Montag bis Freitag arbeiten
