Aufgaben

• Du entscheidest Kredite im Rahmen Deiner Kompetenz.
• Du bist verantwortlich für die ordnungsgemäße und termingerechte Erstellung von Kredit- und Sicherheitenverträgen sowie für eine ordnungsgemäße Kreditbearbeitung.
• Du prüfst und votierst Kreditanträge formell und materiell nach den geltenden Vorschriften.
• Damit die Investition Wirkung entfaltet, zahlst Du die Kreditbeträge nach Erreichen der Voraussetzungen aus.

Die Kreditbearbeitung rundest du noch ab…

• Du erstellst das Kreditprotokoll und bewertest / überwachst Kreditsicherheiten.
• Du prüfst die Auszahlungsvoraussetzungen und führst die Valutierung durch.
• Du verwaltest die zugehörigen Kreditakten.
• Du gestaltest Vertragsveränderungen in bestehenden Kreditverhältnissen gemeinsam mit dem Kundenverantwortlichen.
• Du sorgst für Einhaltung der Anforderungen nach § 18 KWG.
• Du wirkst bei Optimierung von Prozessen und aufsichtsrechtlichen Vorgaben mit.
