Wir suchen eine Kreativleitung für Design & Marketing, die unsere Projekte führt, unser Team inspiriert und unsere Kunden begeistert.

Bei t4m in Braunschweig entwickelst du ganzheitliche Lösungen, die wirklich funktionieren. Von der Website-Architektur bis zur Recruiting-Kampagne.

Aufgaben

• Du gibst die kreative Kernidee in unseren Projekten – von Websites und Karriereseiten über Social-Media-Betreuung bis hin zu Branding- und Recruiting-Kampagnen als ganzheitliches Paket
• Du bist das beratende & motivierende Gesicht vor unseren Kunden
• Du trägst die kreative Verantwortung innerhalb der Projekte
• Du leitest deine Kolleg:innen in Ihrem Projekten an, bist Impulsgeber und Qualitätskontolleur
• Du gestaltest und optimierst Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb deines Teams
• Angebotskalkulation
• Du bist Sparringspartner der Geschäftsleitung und hilfst dabei, uns weiter zu entwicklen

Qualifikation

• Idealerweise 4+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in Design & Marketing
• Methodisches Arbeiten: Zielgruppen verstehen, Konzepte entwickeln, umsetzen und kontinuierlich optimieren
• Dein Kopf sprudelt voller creazy kreativer Ideen
• Du erstellst Webdesigns nicht mehr in XD 😉
• Du siehst KI als Segen anstatt als Fluch an
• Standort Braunschweig - not completly remote. Wir und unsere Kunden brauchen dich vor Ort.
