Aufgaben

• Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit EMMA – auch ohne Programmierkenntnisse
• Prozessaufnahme und -verständnis: Du analysierst Abläufe schnell und sicher (z. B. Warenwirtschaft, Service-Prozesse, projektbezogene Abläufe)
• Kundenbetreuung & Kundensupport (fachlich/technisch): Du unterstützt bei Fragen, findest Lösungen und sorgst für nachhaltige Umsetzung
• Trainings & Enablement: Du begleitest und führst Schulungen/Workshops durch – intern für neue Kolleg:innen und extern für Kundenteams
• Arbeit mit und in unterschiedlichsten Branchen (z. B. Steuerkanzleien, Banken, Versicherungen, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Webshops, Telekommunikation, öffentliche Verwaltung, Medien/Broadcasting, Bau, Retail, IT)
• Mitarbeit an Veröffentlichungen, Fachartikeln und Vorträgen zur
• Digitalisierung sowie zur Weiterentwicklung von EMMA
• (Optional/je nach Erfahrung) Mit LLMs arbeiten und Workflows erstellen

Qualifikation

Persönlich

• Interesse an neuen Technologien, KI und Innovationen
• Du bist scharfsinnig, motiviert und vielseitig
• Du kommunizierst stark, trittst selbstsicher auf und kannst Menschen begeistern, emotional wie fachlich abholen und mitnehmen

• Flexibilität und Lernbereitschaft

Fachlich (idealerweise)

• Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in BWL/Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sprachwissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Maschinenbau, Physik, Mathematik, Psychologie
• Wichtiger als der genaue Hintergrund sind für uns: aufgeschlossen, hilfsbereit, scharfsinnig – und der Wunsch, dich weiterzuentwickeln.
• Technische Affinität
• Deutsch und Englisch fließend
• Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit Automatisierung, SQL-Datenbanken
• Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit EMMA oder Tools wie HubSpot, Jira, Confluence
