Ihre Aufgaben

Für unsere Betriebsstätten in NRW suchen wir einen erfahrenen Kalkulator. Wie das gesamte Unternehmen wächst auch dieser Fachbereich weiter. Fokus der Aufgaben liegt in der Angebotserstellung und im Nachtragsmanagement für Projekte im Infrastruktur-Tiefbau (Gas, Wasser, Strom, Fernwärme). Die Position kann mit Dienstsitz in Dortmund oder Münster besetzt werden.

• Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Angeboten
• Kostenerhebung für eigene Bauleistungen sowie direkte Kooperation mit dem Einkauf
• Unterstützung der Ausschreibungsprozesse, Verhandlungen mit unseren Kunden und Zusammenarbeit mit den Bauleitern (im Büro, auf den Baustellen und beim Kunden)
• Bearbeitung und Kalkulation von Nachträgen

Ihr Profil

• Technischer Berufshintergrund und entsprechende Fortbildungen oder ein Ingenieur-Studium
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation, vorzugsweise aus dem Tiefbau bzw. Rohrleitungsbau
• Sicherer Anwendung der üblichen Software (z.B. MS Office, RIB iTWO) und Kenntnisse der Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen (VOB)
• Reisebereitschaft im Tagespendelbereich
