Als (Junior) Strategic Sales Consultant – New Business (m/w/d) übernimmst du ab Tag 1 die volle Verantwortung für unsere Neukunden-Pipeline. Du wartest nicht einfach ab, was reinkommt, sondern entwickelst aktiv neue, kreative Wege und Kanäle, um potenzielle Partner über smarte Touchpoints vorzuwärmen. Sobald das Interesse geweckt ist, packst du mit vollem Drive an: Du analysierst die Pain Points der Kund:innen messerscharf und berätst sie strategisch auf Augenhöhe. Wir verkaufen nicht um des Verkaufens willen, sondern übergeben perfekt qualifizierte Cases an unsere Closer, um echtes Wachstum zu realisieren. Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung: Du übernimmst das operative Ownership für den gesamten Bereich New Business und treibst unsere Neukunden-Pipeline eigenständig und mit maximalem Drive voran.
  • Strategie: Du konzipierst und optimierst neue Wege und smarte Ansprache-Funnels, um Zielkunden vorzuwärmen und kontinuierlich hochwertige, lauwarme Leads zu generieren.
  • Neukundengewinnung: Du greifst dir die Leads aus unseren Inbound-Kanälen (z. B. Newsletter-Abos, Interaktionen oder Events) und entwickelst daraus mit deiner Hunter-Mentalität echte Opportunities.
  • Kundenberatung: Du analysierst die digitalen Engpässe potenzieller Partner:innen im Detail und berätst sie absolut bedürfnisorientiert – wir lösen den echten Pain des Kunden, statt Standardpakete zu drücken.
  • Prozessmanagement: Du führst die Discovery-Gespräche auf Entscheiderebene und sorgst für eine lückenlose, kontextreiche Übergabe der qualifizierten Abschlüsse an unsere Closer.

Qualifikation
