Aufgaben

Was du bei uns machst:

Du rufst täglich potenzielle Bewerber an – Menschen die sich für offene Stellen im Gesundheitswesen interessieren – und qualifizierst sie telefonisch vor. Du findest heraus ob jemand wirklich passt, stellst die richtigen Fragen und entscheidest eigenständig ob ein Bewerber weitergeleitet wird.

Kein Warten auf Aufgaben. Kein Micromanagement. Du kommst rein und weißt was zu tun ist.

Qualifikation
