Als Teaching Assistant in unserem Product Management Bootcamp sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Teilnehmenden motiviert, erfolgreich und optimal betreut durch ihr Bootcamp gehen – und darüber hinaus ihren Karrieretraum verwirklichen können.

Aufgaben

Lernmaterialien

• Erstelle, pflege und optimiere Schulungsmaterialien im Online-Classroom.
• Stelle sicher, dass Inhalte aktuell, visuell ansprechend und im Einklang mit unserem Branding sind.
• Entwickle gemeinsam mit unserem Team innovative Kursinhalte.

Mentoring & Support

• Unterstütze Teilnehmende als Sparringspartner, Mentor und Ansprechpartner bei Fragen zu Projekten, Tools und dem Ablauf des Bootcamps.
• Biete individuelles 1:1-Mentoring in Video- oder Audio-Calls an und gib individuelles Feedback zur Projektarbeit.
• Führe interaktive Kleingruppen Sessions zu relevanten Themen durch, die das Lernen bereichern.

Organisation

• Dokumentiere den Lernfortschritt und die Anwesenheit der Teilnehmenden.
• Führe On- und Offboarding-Prozesse durch und analysiere Feedback zur stetigen Optimierung.
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Kommunikations- und Dateisystemen in der Cloud und hast bereits erste Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Online-Lernsystemen (LMS).

Qualifikation

• Leidenschaft für Produkt und Technologie: Begeisterung für digitale Produkte, deren Entwicklung und die Anwendung von AI im Product Management.
• Praxiserfahrung: Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Product Management einer SaaS-, Mobile App, Plattform oder vgl. digitaler Produkte. Erste Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Studierenden/Kunden – idealerweise im Bildungsbereich oder im Tech-Umfeld.
• Kommunikationsstärke: Empathie und Klarheit in Video-Calls, Präsentationen und im Kontakt mit Teilnehmenden. Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, zielgruppengerecht zu kommunizieren und zu präsentieren.
• Organisationsgeschick: Strukturiertes Arbeiten, Zielorientierung und ein guter Überblick in dynamischen Umfeldern.
• Technisches Know-how: Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und digitalen Tools.
• Lernbereitschaft: Interesse, tiefer in die Themen Product Management & Product Design einzutauchen, Wissen aufzubauen, zu vertiefen und zu teilen.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Fließendes Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (B2)
