Als Produktentwickler bist Du der Dreh- und Angelpunkt bei der Neuentwicklung und Verbesserung von yfood-Produkten. Mit deiner Kreativität und Präzision stellst Du sicher, dass auch weiterhin alle yfood-Produkte die Benchmark definieren.

DEINE MISSION

• Du arbeitest selbstständig und unterstützt Produktentwicklungsprojekte unter Einhaltung des Produktentwicklungsprozesses
• Du arbeitest an der Verbesserung und ständigen Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Rezepturen
• Du stellst die fristgerechte und strukturierte Umsetzung deiner Projekte sicher und gehst lösungsorientiert mit Herausforderungen um
• Du arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Partnern zusammen
• Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört das regelmäßige Organisieren und Auswerten von Produktverkostungen
• Du vertrittst yfood nach außen vor Lieferanten, Herstellern, Partnern, etc.

DAS MACHT DICH AUS

• Du hast ein Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie oder einen vergleichbaren Bildungsweg (wie z.B.: eine Meister- oder Technikerausbildung im Lebensmittelbreich) erfolgreich absolviert
• Du konntest erste Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung oder Produktion sammeln
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Herstellungsprozessen von Backwaren, Süßwaren, Milchprodukten etc. sind von Vorteil
• Du verfügst über eine analytische, kritische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise
• Deine Zielorientierung, dein ausgeprägtes Zeitmanagement und deine Fähigkeit Ruhe zu bewahren hilft dir bei der fristgerechten Fertigstellung von Aufgaben
• Du zeichnest dich durch eine Hands-on-Mentalität und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit aus, sodass es dir leicht fällt Projekte und Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich zu bearbeiten
• Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
