Job Description

About the role

As a Junior Operations Client Partner, you will start your career in a role that combines client interaction, project coordination, and data-driven problem solving.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually develop your ability to support client projects, understand business needs, and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions.

This role is designed for recent graduates, offering structured onboarding, training, and continuous learning opportunities.

What you will do

  • Support day-to-day interactions with clients, helping to respond to operational requests
  • Work alongside experienced team members to understand client requirements and expectations
  • Assist in coordinating projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Help translate client needs into clear internal tasks and follow up on progress
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across Operations, Customer Success, and Sales
  • Contribute to resolving client queries related to data, delivery timelines, or quality
  • Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and client calls
  • Support quality checks and ensure outputs meet expected standards

  • Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
  • First experience in a client-facing environment (internship, part-time role, or academic project) is required
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Interest in data, business operations, or client-facing roles
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international team
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn

Languages:

  • Fluency in English (essential)
  • Additional languages (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) are a strong advantage
