Du möchtest nicht nur Zahlen verwalten, sondern die finanzielle Grundlage eines neuen Unternehmens aktiv mitgestalten? Dann suchen wir dich als (Junior) Finance & Controlling Manager zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristet.
Als Teil unseres neu gegründeten ambulanten Pflegedienstes übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanz- und Controllingstrukturen. In einem dynamischen Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und großem Gestaltungsspielraum schaffst du Transparenz, entwickelst effiziente Prozesse und lieferst die finanzielle Grundlage für nachhaltige Unternehmensentscheidungen. Aufgaben
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines aussagekräftigen Controllings zur Steuerung der Unternehmensentwicklung
- Erstellen von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Verantworten der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
- Entwickeln von Budgets, Forecasts und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen zur Unterstützung strategischer Unternehmensziele
- Analyse von Finanzkennzahlen, Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Ableiten fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und steuerlicher Vorgaben sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern
Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung im Controlling sowie Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse von Controlling- und Finanzprozessen sowie im Umgang mit relevanten ERP- oder Buchhaltungssystemen
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und pragmatische Herangehensweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1 Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse
