Als Teil unseres neu gegründeten ambulanten Pflegedienstes übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanz- und Controllingstrukturen. In einem dynamischen Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und großem Gestaltungsspielraum schaffst du Transparenz, entwickelst effiziente Prozesse und lieferst die finanzielle Grundlage für nachhaltige Unternehmensentscheidungen. Aufgaben

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines aussagekräftigen Controllings zur Steuerung der Unternehmensentwicklung
• Erstellen von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Verantworten der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
• Entwickeln von Budgets, Forecasts und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen zur Unterstützung strategischer Unternehmensziele
• Analyse von Finanzkennzahlen, Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Ableiten fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen
• Sicherstellen der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und steuerlicher Vorgaben sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern

Qualifikation

• Erste Erfahrung im Controlling sowie Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse von Controlling- und Finanzprozessen sowie im Umgang mit relevanten ERP- oder Buchhaltungssystemen
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und pragmatische Herangehensweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1 Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse
