Du wirkst aktiv am Ausbau unseres modernen, kennzahlengetriebenen Reportings mit und treibst die Digitalisierung im Controlling weiter voran. Durch die Transparenz der Transport-, Kosten- und Zahlungsströme unterstützt du die Steuerung unseres operativen Geschäfts.

Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst unser strukturiertes, kennzahlenbasiertes Berichtswesen weiter und erstellst Dashboards (z. B. mit Power BI) für operative und finanzielle Kennzahlen.
• Du analysierst Transportkosten, Margen, Auslastung sowie Zahlungsströme und führst Soll-Ist-Vergleiche bzw. Abweichungsanalysen durch.
• Du unterstützt bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen und der Optimierung von Zahlungsprozessen sowie Cashflow-Transparenz.
• Durch die Weiterentwicklung von ERP- und BI-Systemen treibst du die Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von unseren Controlling-Prozessen voran.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Finance, IT und weiteren operativen Bereichen zusammen.

Qualifikation

• Du hast ein Studium im Bereich BWL, Controlling, Logistik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
• Du bringst 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in der Logistik, mit.
• Hohe Zahlen- und IT-Affinität sowie Interesse an datengetriebenem Arbeiten beschreiben dich gut.
• Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI), sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und hast erste Berührungspunkte mit ERP- oder TMS-Systemen auf deiner persönlichen Habenseite.
• Deine analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise macht dich genauso aus wie dein kommunikatives Teamplay mit Freude an Schnittstellenarbeit.
