PM & Partner Marketing Consulting GmbH (PM&P) ist ein 1974 gegründetes, unabhängiges Beratungsunternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Frankfurt am Main. Zu unseren Klienten gehören öffentliche Organisationen, mittelständische Unternehmen sowie internationale Konzerne.

Ein wichtiger Beratungsschwerpunkt ist die Wirtschaftsförderungsberatung. Wir unterstützen Standorte in den USA und Europa dabei, ausländische Unternehmen für eine Ansiedlung vor Ort zu gewinnen. Darüber hinaus begleiten wir nordamerikanische Unternehmen bei der Anbahnung von Geschäftsbeziehungen in Europa.

In diesem Zusammenhang suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Junior Consultant Standortmarketing (m/w/d) mit Interesse an der Marketingberatung und dem speziellen Arbeitsfeld Standortmarketing.

Aufgaben

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

• Eigenständige Verantwortung für Projekte im Bereich Standortmarketing (Projektmanagement)
• Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Pflege von Klientenbeziehungen, national und international
• Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption von Marketingprogrammen und bei der Erstellung von Angeboten für unsere Klienten
• Sukzessive Übernahme eigenständiger Beratungstätigkeit mit strategischen und analytischen Inhalten
• Teilnahme an Prozessen zur inhaltlichen Weiterentwicklung des Beratungs- und Serviceangebots von PM&P
• Vorbereitung und Qualifizierung für die nächsten Karrierestufen: Consultant, Senior Consultant und Partner

Sie erhalten eine gründliche Einarbeitung, bevor Sie eigenständig tätig werden. Arbeitsort ist unser Büro in der Bürostadt Niederrad, das gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ist.

Qualifikation

Ihr Profil:

• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit internationaler Ausrichtung und haben Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für diese.
• Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1) in Wort und Schrift sind für diese Position unerlässlich; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Sie passen zu uns, wenn Sie kommunikativ und selbstbewusst sind. Darüber hinaus legen wir Wert auf ein freundliches Auftreten, absolute Zuverlässigkeit und eine gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise.
• Erste Berufserfahrung in Beratung, Marketing oder Wirtschaftsförderung, z. B. durch Praktika.
• Sie sind bereit, gelegentlich Dienstreisen innerhalb Europas zu unternehmen, und besitzen idealerweise einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) runden Ihr Profil ab.
