Weโre looking for a hungry Performance Marketing Manager (Working Student or Freelance) who wants to own paid acquisition and grow with us. If youโre a German speaker living in a sunny spot like Spain or Portugal (or anywhere else remote) and you know how to make ads convert, letโs talk.

- Own the Funnel: Manage paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok from end-to-end.
- Optimize & Scale: Set up tracking, monitor KPIs, test new creatives daily, scale the winners, and "kill" the losers.

- AI Integration: Use AI tools to speed up your workflow, from copywriting to data analysis and creative iteration.
