Aufgaben

• Sie übernehmen den Second-Level-Support und sind zentrale Ansprechperson für Anwender bei der täglichen Nutzung der IT-Systeme – von der qualifizierten Ticketbearbeitung über die telefonische Unterstützung bis hin zu Einsätzen vor Ort
• Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support bei der Analyse und Behebung von Störungen, insbesondere im Bereich Client-Hardware, Software, Benutzerberechtigungen sowie Stammdatenpflege.
• Sie verantworten die Wartung, den Austausch sowie die laufende Betreuung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten und stellen einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicher
• Die Administration und Pflege zentraler Systeme und Datenbanken, wie beispielsweise CMDB, E-Mail-Systeme und VPN-Infrastrukturen, gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich
• Sie bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der modernen Workplace- und IT-Infrastruktur ein
• Als kompetente Ansprechperson beraten und unterstützen Sie Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei technischen Fragestellungen
• Zudem koordinieren Sie Ihre Aufgaben eigenständig und wirken an IT-Projekten zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Systemlandschaft mit

Qualifikation

• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich sowie relevante Berufserfahrung in der IT-Branche
• Sie zeichnen sich durch eine analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise aus
• Eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie Freude daran, Anwender kompetent und lösungsorientiert zu unterstützen, bringen Sie selbstverständlich mit
• Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen Microsoft-Technologien, insbesondere im Bereich Windows und Office
• Idealerweise sind Sie mit den Grundlagen von ITIL vertraut und haben bereits praktische Erfahrung mit entsprechenden Prozessen gesammelt
• Darüber hinaus bringen Sie Erfahrung in der Unterstützung oder Anleitung weniger erfahrener Teammitglieder mit
• Ihre Hands-on-Mentalität ermöglicht es Ihnen, pragmatische Lösungen effizient und zielgerichtet umzusetzen
