Job Description

Als IT Operations Specialist (w/m/d) sorgst du dafür, dass unser IT‑Betrieb an all unseren Standorten stabil und standardisiert läuft und dass neue Übernahmen schnell und sauber in unsere IT‑Standards integriert werden. Du arbeitest hands-on, denkst strukturiert und dokumentierst so, dass Lösungen nachhaltig funktionieren.

Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs durch eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests – inklusive nachhaltiger Lösungsfindung, sauberer Dokumentation und Steuerung externer Dienstleister.
• Verantwortung für unsere Identity-Umgebung in Entra ID (Azure AD): On- und Offboarding, Verwaltung von Gruppen, Rollen und Berechtigungen sowie Umsetzung und Pflege grundlegender Policies nach definierten Standards.
• Operative Betreuung unserer Standorte mit Fokus auf Workplace- und Hardware-Rollouts, Asset- und Inventarmanagement sowie grundlegendes LAN/WLAN/VPN-Troubleshooting inklusive strukturierter Provider-Übergabe.
• Technische Integration neu akquirierter Gesellschaften – von der Inventarisierung über die Cutover-Planung bis hin zur Standardisierung (Identity, Client, Network) sowie Stabilisierung in der Day-1- und Day-2-Phase.
• Begleitung und Absicherung von Changes mit Blick auf Betriebsstabilität, inklusive Dokumentation und fachlicher Abnahmen.

Qualifikation

• Fundierte Praxiserfahrung in IT Operations bzw. IT Support sowie eine strukturierte und nachhaltige Herangehensweise bei der Lösungsfindung.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Entra ID (Azure AD) im Tagesgeschäft – inklusive User- und Gruppenverwaltung, Rollen- und Rechtekonzepten, On- und Offboarding sowie Umsetzung grundlegender Policies nach Vorgaben.
• Solide Netzwerkkenntnisse in den Bereichen LAN, WLAN und VPN sowie Grundlagen in DHCP, DNS und VLAN – kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, strukturiert und sauber zu troubleshoot’en.
• Hands-on-Mentalität mit pragmatischer Priorisierung, eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise und zuverlässiger Dokumentation.
• Klare und verbindliche Kommunikation gegenüber Fachbereichen und Dienstleistern sowie aktives Nachhalten offener Themen.
• Reisebereitschaft für den Einsatz an Standorten und im Rahmen von Integrationsprojekten.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
