IT Onsite Techniker (m/w/d)
In dieser Position sind Sie die zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle IT-Themen bei unseren Kunden vor Ort in Köln und sorgen für einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb im Arbeitsalltag. Sie kombinieren technisches Know-how mit ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung und haben Freude daran, direkt mit Anwenderinnen und Anwendern zu arbeiten. Durch Ihre lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise schaffen Sie Vertrauen, erkennen Bedarfe frühzeitig und tragen aktiv zu einer hohen Servicequalität bei.
Aufgaben
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
- Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen, Peripheriegeräten und mobilen Endgeräten
- Unterstützung von Rollouts, Umzügen und verschiedenen IT-Projekten
- Dokumentation von Incidents und Serviceleistungen
- Unterstützung der Anwenderinnen und Anwender bei IT-Fragen im Tagesgeschäft
Qualifikation
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung z.B. als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im 1st oder 2nd Level Support mit Ticketsystem nach ITIL-Standard
- Sehr gute Hardwarekenntnisse (Notebooks, PC, Smartphones und deren Zubehör)
- Erfahrung mit gängigen Applikationen (z.B. Microsoft Office, SCCM)
- Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
