Deine Aufgaben:
- Eigenständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lead-Kampagnen.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team (aus 4 Personen) planst und realisierst du komplett selbstständig kanalübergreifende Marketingkampagnen und generierst qualifizierte Leads.
- Du analysierst KPIs, optimierst laufende Maßnahmen und behältst die Performance deiner Kampagnen immer im Blick.
- Du konzipierst und koordinierst digitale Formate wie Webinare und erstellst gemeinsam mit dem Team Inhalte für den Go-to-Market.
- Zusammen mit deiner Kollegin betreust du die Social-Media-Kanäle und pflegst Inhalte im CMS.
- Du steuerst und verwaltest HubSpot, entwickelst Automatisierungen und optimierst den gesamten Lead-Prozess.
- Du setzt deinen eigenen Schwerpunkt – orientiert an deinen Interessen und Stärken!
Qualifikation
