Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

Influencer-Marketing

• Identifikation, Gewinnung und Betreuung passender Creator und Brand Ambassadors für unsere Marken
• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Influencern, Managements und Agenturen
• Planung, Umsetzung und Steuerung von Influencer-Kampagnen auf verschiedenen Plattformen
• Verhandlung von Kooperationen sowie Abstimmung von Deliverables, Timings und Konditionen
• Koordination von Produktversendungen und Kampagnenabläufen
• Analyse und Auswertung von Kampagnen anhand relevanter KPIs sowie Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

Daily Business

• Tägliche Kommunikation mit Creatorn, Managements und Agenturen
• Recherche und Outreach neuer Talente und potenzieller Markenbotschafter
• Betreuung laufender Kooperationen und Sicherstellung einer positiven Creator Experience
• Monitoring von Trends, Plattformentwicklungen und Wettbewerbern
• Erstellung von Reportings und Präsentation relevanter Ergebnisse
• Abstimmung im Team sowie regelmäßige 1:1s

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

Erfahrung.
Du bringst mindestens 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im Influencer-Marketing mit – idealerweise im Beauty-, Lifestyle-, Fashion- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld.

Creator-Mindset.
Du hast Freude daran, Beziehungen aufzubauen und langfristig zu pflegen. Du verstehst, was gute Creator-Partnerschaften ausmacht und wie man sie erfolgreich entwickelt.

Organisationstalent.
Du behältst auch bei mehreren parallel laufenden Kampagnen den Überblick und arbeitest strukturiert sowie zuverlässig.

Eigenverantwortung.
Du arbeitest selbstständig, bringst Ideen proaktiv ein und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Projekte.

Analytisches Verständnis.
Du kannst Kampagnenergebnisse interpretieren, KPIs einordnen und Optimierungspotenziale erkennen.

Kommunikation.
Deutsch auf C1-Niveau und Englisch auf mindestens B2-Niveau.

Arbeitsmodell.
Du arbeitest hybrid und bist mindestens drei Tage pro Woche in unserem Office in Cham, um eng mit dem Team zusammenzuarbeiten.
