Mit unserer spezialisierten Dienstleistung Impuls RPO übernehmen wir den gesamten oder Teile des Rekrutierungsprozesses für unsere Kunden – digital, datengetrieben und absolut effizient. Um dieses Wachstum operativ und strategisch zu begleiten, suchen wir einen durchsetzungsstarken und erfahrenen HR Leiter (m/w/d), der die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres RPO-Teams an den Standorten Frankfurt am Main und Göttingen übernimmt.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben – Führung, Struktur & Performance

  • Teamführung & -entwicklung: Du übernimmst die fachliche und operative Leitung eines schlagkräftigen Teams von aktuell ca. 27 Mitarbeitern (Recruiter, Sourcer, Account Manager) an den Standorten Göttingen und Frankfurt.
  • Standortübergreifendes Management: Du stellst durch deine regelmäßige Präsenz in Frankfurt und Göttingen sicher, dass die Teams optimal vernetzt sind, Workflows synchron laufen und der Teamspirit hoch bleibt.
  • Steuerung der RPO-Dienstleistung: Du verantwortest die operative Exzellenz unserer RPO-Projekte. Du überwachst KPIs, optimierst die Candidate Journey und sicherst die Einhaltung der SLAs bei unseren Kunden.
  • Prozessdigitalisierung: Gemeinsam mit dem Management treibst du den Einsatz moderner HR-Tech-Lösungen (wie KI-gestützte Workflows, OSINT-Screenings und optimierte CRM-Systeme) im Team voran.
  • Strategisches Sparring: Du bist die Schnittstelle zu den Management Partnern und agierst als Bindeglied zwischen der operativen Umsetzung im Team und der strategischen Unternehmensentwicklung.

Qualifikation

Dein Profil – Das bringst du mit

  • Führungserfahrung mit Format: Du hast bereits erfolgreich größere Teams (idealerweise 20+ Mitarbeiter) im HR-Umfeld, in einer Personalberatung oder direkt in einem RPO-Setup geführt.
  • Starke HR- & Business-Expertise: Du verstehst modernes Recruiting von A bis Z und weißt, wie man Recruiting-Prozesse skalierbar und effizient aufsetzt. Ein Hintergrund im Arbeitsrecht oder Wirtschaftsrecht ist ein klares Plus.
  • Mobilität & Flexibilität: Frankfurt und Göttingen sind deine primären Wirkungsstätten. Du bringst die nötige Reisebereitschaft mit, um an beiden Standorten regelmäßig und nahbar für dein Team präsent zu sein.
  • Kommunikationsstärke & "Tacheles"-Mentalität: Du redest nicht um den heißen Brei herum. Du führst dein Team mit klarer Kante, messbaren Zielen und gleichzeitigem Rückhalt.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Trotz deiner Führungsposition bist du dir nicht zu schade, in heißen Phasen operativ zu unterstützen und Probleme direkt an der Wurzel zu packen.
