Hi everyone We are looking for a highly skilled **Medical Imaging Specialist** with deep expertise in **ParaView** to join our team for a specialized visualization project. someone familiar with transforming complex clinical datasets into high-fidelity 3D models and interactive visualizations, **The Role** You will be responsible for processing multi-modal medical datasets (DICOM, NIfTI) and utilizing ParaView’s advanced rendering capabilities to extract meaningful insights. This involves: * **Data Conversion:** Seamlessly transitioning clinical imaging data into ParaView-compatible formats (VTK, VTI, etc.). * **Advanced Filtering:** Applying complex filters for segmentation, contouring, and volume rendering. * **Custom Scripting:** Utilizing Python scripting within the ParaView environment to automate visualization workflows. * **Optimization:** Ensuring high-performance rendering of large-scale medical datasets. # Technical Requirements * **ParaView Mastery:** Proven experience with ParaView for scientific visualization (please be prepared to share examples of your pipeline). * **Medical Imaging Protocols:** Deep understanding of **DICOM** standards and coordinate systems. * **Tooling:** Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as **VTK, ITK, or Monai**. * **Analytical Mindset:** Ability to bridge the gap between raw medical sensor data and visual clinical analysis. # Preferred Qualifications * Experience in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for physiological modeling. * Background in medical image segmentation or 3D reconstruction The pay is 70 Usd per hour . if this you please reach out with your portfolio
