Job Description
We are just starting out. Small AI native software dev agency, no clients yet, trying to land our first one through paid ads. Budgets will be small to begin with, think lean test campaigns on Meta and Google, mostly targeting India and a bit of US/UK. Looking for someone who can actually make small budgets work, not someone who only knows how to spend big. You should: * Have run Meta and Google ads before, ideally for agencies or service businesses * Be okay with starting small and scaling as we get clients * Help with copy, targeting, and basic creative direction * Know what you are doing with pixels, conversions and tracking Pay is modest right now since we are bootstrapping. Open to a small monthly retainer plus a bonus when ads bring in a closed client. Long term seat for the right person as we grow. DM me with: 1. Accounts you have run and rough budgets 2. Your rate Please do not pitch agency packages, looking for one person.Salary & Compensation
