A global agency specializing in services for the high-tech, digital, and fintech industries is seeking a Sales Representative & Account Manager for a dynamic and impactful role. The position includes full responsibility for client relationships and sales processes, combining strong interpersonal communication, business understanding, and the ability to lead consultative processes end-to-end. Responsibilities Manage and lead consultative sales processes for business clients. Conduct sales calls with warm leads, analyze client needs, and tailor customized solutions. Support and nurture existing clients by building long-term relationships and providing ongoing solutions to evolving needs. Coordinate with recruitment and marketing teams to continuously improve business outcomes. Track project progress, analyze data, and provide real-time solutions. Requirements Proven experience in account management and/or Business-to-Business sales High-level English proficiency (spoken and written) Proficiency in Office tools and strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills and ability to manage conversations with business clients. Commercial mindset, service-oriented approach, and strong business needs analysis ability. Highly organized with excellent time-management skills. Advantages Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field – strong advantage. Experience working with local or global clients.
