We're a rapidly growing ad agency that specializes in tech companies' SaaS advertising looking to hire a full-time media buyer to join our small but mighty team! The position is fully remote, and for now we're prioritizing candidates with at least moderate media buying experience. As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful media buying strategies across various digital channels such as Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, and other ad platforms. **What You'll Do:** * Develop and execute successful media buying strategies across multiple digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, etc.). * Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, and actively manage monthly budgets. * Perform search term reviews multiple times a week. * Review placements for display campaigns and search terms for search campaigns. * Understand, manage, and optimize campaign budgets. * Review and provide feedback on landing pages (LPs) and creatives. * Build mid-month and end-of-month reports. **What We’re Looking For:** * 1+ years of B2B marketing experience. * 1+ years of advertising experience specifically with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, or Facebook. * Strong understanding of media buying best practices, metrics, and optimization techniques. * Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * A strong computer setup and a reliable internet connection (preferably Ethernet). * Availability to work **Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET**. **The Intangibles We Value:** We value experience, but we value your mindset even more.
