Job Description

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with US hours, where you would be making calls all day for SaaS B2B onboarding. Specifically these are people who have shown interest, and viewed the demo already. They require hand-holding. The job involves alleviating concerns and answering questions before the sale is made, then guiding them through installation. Someone else handles the actual sale itself. However, we can offer a commission anyway. So there is a bit of crossover with sales, but your job specifically is about establishing customer relationship and trust. This is all making calls. Because you would be representing the company, it is important to have a clear and friendly voice. English is a must. We're also looking for Spanish, German, French, Italian and Dutch.
