H-LAW Music is an independent production house and artist network. We are seeking 3 remote Fellows for the **Kinetic Grid**—a dedicated **12-month structural program** designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and high-stakes market execution for those ready to ship real-world executables. **The Roles:** * **Architect (L3):** Managing institutional deliverability and data stewardship. * **Signal-Runner (L2):** Engineering narrative hooks and high-impact email logic. * **Vanguard (L1):** Executing local-to-digital bridge strategies for our Phoenix constituent base. **Compensation & Professional Endowments:** * **Fixed Annual Base:** $420.00 / year (Guaranteed). * **Performance Incentives:** Eligibility for our Sovereign Royalty Pool, covering all streaming and physical revenue. * **The "Mercenary Track":** Fellows with high-performance metrics get prioritized for paid client contracts at full market rates ($25-$50+/hr). * **Tech Upgrade Grant:** Upon successful 12-month completion, Fellows receive a $100–$200 "Hardware Buy-Back" grant. * **Vault Access:** Lifetime access to our internal "Vault" of marketing templates and proprietary databases. **The Standard:** * **Pulse:** 10 hours per week.
