We are hiring a Growth & Marketing Execution Lead for an early-stage digital rewards platform focused on user acquisition, retention, and scalable community growth. This is a paid full-time role for someone focused on execution — not consulting, not strategy-only work, and not commission-only. Role Overview We are looking for someone who can help build real traction from the ground up. This role is for someone who understands how communities grow, how users stay engaged, and how to turn marketing plans into measurable results. Main Responsibilities • Community growth across Telegram, Reddit, and Discord • Influencer outreach and partnership building • User acquisition campaigns • Ambassador program management • Referral system growth • Daily marketing execution and operations • Turning strategy into measurable traction Requirements • Previous experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or community building • Strong understanding of user acquisition and retention • Experience working with online communities and growth loops • Ability to work independently and move fast • Strong ownership mindset • Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment Compensation • Base pay • Additional performance-based incentives available • Long-term growth opportunity for the right person Location Remote role India-based candidates are strongly preferred due to our initial market focus How to Apply Please send a DM with: 1.
