Markdown Editor Switch to Rich Text Editor FCMA is hiring for our leadership track. You'll start as a Chat Team Leader running one of our chatting teams across a roster of OnlyFans creators. As you prove yourself, you grow into a Chatting Manager role with multi-team scope. This role is for someone who has actually run a team before. We need a team leader who can join shifts, coach chatters live, hold the quality bar, and lift output before the shift ends. Not someone who manages from the sideline with written notes. **What you'll own** - Team KPIs: golden ratio, unlock rate, sales per hour, response time - Live coaching during shifts via Discord (screen-share on request) - Daily debriefs and weekly 1:1s with chatters - Quality bar on outgoing fan messages - Hire/pass input on new chatter trials **Working model** - Async typing during shifts (no cam needed for daily work) - Discord on-call presence throughout shift hours, responsive to pings within minutes - Cam-on for the 20-minute screening call and the paid trial only **Requirements** - Demonstrated leadership or management of a remote team. BPO or structured-org experience strongly preferred. - Ability to motivate chatters AND correct them constructively when issues land - Strong written English, instinct for natural GFE-style conversation (we test this) - Calm under pressure, structured under load, allergic to drama - Bonus: prior OnlyFans agency experience (chatter, QA, or CM) **What we don't want** - People who manage from messages only - People who think aggressive PPV-pushing is a strategy - People with no real team-lead experience hoping to learn on the job - People who use AI to write their application.
