Aufgaben

Deine Mission: Soley wächst und mit uns die Komplexität unserer Kundenprojekte. Wir suchen jemanden, der die Delivery unserer Softwareprodukte nicht nur managt, sondern besser, planbarer & skalierbarer macht.

• Delivery von Neukundenprojekten: Du sorgst für reibungslose Implementierungsprojekte von Kick-off bis Go-live, mit realistischer Planung, klaren Meilensteinen & Qualitätsanspruch.
• Delivery-Modell skalierbar machen: Du entwickelst Standards & Prozesse, die dafür sorgen, dass die Delivery verlässlich & wiederholbar funktioniert, unabhängig davon, wer gerade im Team dabei ist.
• Bestandskundenbetreuung standardisieren: Du schaffst Klarheit im laufenden Betrieb sorgst dafür, dass wiederkehrende Aufgaben weitestgehend planbar, automatisiert & effizient laufen.
• Team führen & wachsen lassen: Du gibst dem Delivery-Team Orientierung, klare Prioritäten und echtes Coaching & hebst das Niveau so auf das nächste Level.
• Partner-Netzwerk aufbauen: Du denkst Delivery weiter als im eigenen Team & definierst, welche Teile unserer Leistung mit externen Partnern skaliert werden können.
• Brücken bauen: Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, CS, Product und Engineering zusammen & sorgst dafür, dass Delivery-Probleme nicht versanden, sondern strukturiert zurückgespielt werden.

Qualifikation

• Mind. 4 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Delivery-, Implementierungs- oder Professional-Services-Rolle im B2B-SaaS- oder Enterprise-Software-Umfeld
• Du hast Delivery-Strukturen in der Vergangenheit nicht nur mitgelebt, sondern aufgebaut & verbessert
• Komplexe Implementierungsprojekte mit anspruchsvollen Stakeholdern hast du souverän gesteuert & weißt, wie man Erwartungen realistisch setzt & hält
• Du verbindest operative Stärke mit systemischem Denken: du siehst das Muster hinter dem Einzelfall & löst Probleme strukturell
• Du probierst KI-Tools gerne aus und weißt, wie du sie sinnvoll einsetzt 
• Du besitzt hohe Eigenverantwortung, klare Priorisierungsfähigkeiten & Pragmatismus ohne Qualitätsverluste
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+), gute Englischkenntnisse
