Deine Aufgaben - Verantwortung fängt bei dir an

• Du übernimmst die strategische und operative Leitung unseres Produktmanagements und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios - im engen Austausch mit unserem CPTO.
• Gemeinsam mit deinem Team verantwortest du folgende Aspekte:
  • Analyse von Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnissen und technologischen Entwicklungen, um innovative Produktstrategien zu entwickeln und proaktiv zu leben.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams, um neue Features und Lösungen im Bereich SAP- und Cloud-Integration voranzutreiben.
    * Vorbereiten der Feature Stories mit Anforderungen und Abnahmebedingungen.
    * Vorbereitung der Planungsmeetings, inklusive Priorisierung und Begründung der jeweiligen Anforderungen.
  • Definition und Maintenance der Produkt-Roadmap - du unterstützt die reibungslose Umsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Marketing.
    * Enger Austausch mit den Teams, idealerweise an 2 Tagen pro Woche vor Ort in Stuttgart.
  • Gezielte Nutzung von Kunden- und Eventfeedback sowie eigenen Eindrücken zur Optimierung unserer Produkte, um Marktanforderungen zu erfüllen und weiterhin Vorreiter zu sein.
    * Painpoints verstehen, nicht nur die aktuelle Nutzung bzw. Lösung.
    * Chancen erkennen.
    * Teilnahme an PreSales-Calls.
  • Entwicklung von Ideen zur Monetarisierung der Produkt-Features.
  • Pflege einer engen Partnerschaft mit Industry Analysts, um wertvolle Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen für die Entwicklung der Produktstrategie und Roadmap zu gewinnen.
• Du repräsentierst Theobald Software/bluetelligence auf Messen, Konferenzen und Webinaren und begeisterst potenzielle Kunden mit deiner Produktvision und deinem Storytelling.
• Du verbesserst und alignst die Produktmanagement-Prozesse sowie die Interaktion mit dem Entwicklungsteam, zum Beispiel durch:
  • Verbesserte Feature Sizing Prozesse für präzisere Planungen und Roadmap-Abschätzungen.
  • Konsequentere Nutzung der RICE-Methode oder einer vergleichbaren Methode zur Priorisierung von Features.
  • Weiteren Ausbau der Design-Thinking-Methodik für neue Features und Produkte.

Dein Profil - Leidenschaft trifft Leistung

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement von Softwarelösungen mit, idealerweise im Bereich SAP-Integration oder Cloud-Technologien.
• Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Entwicklungsprozessen und bist in der Lage, Produktstrategien sowohl technisch als auch wirtschaftlich zu steuern.
• Du kannst komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich vermitteln und überzeugst sowohl intern als auch extern als starke Führungspersönlichkeit.
• Du bist kommunikationsstark und sicher im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen.
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, um auf deutschsprachigen Events und im internationalen Umfeld erfolgreich zu agieren.
