In dieser Schlüsselposition verantwortest du die strategische Steuerung der Flächenakquisition (Origination) in Deutschland. Du bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für den Aufbau und die Sicherung eines qualitativ hochwertigen Projektportfolios und bringst deine umfassende Marktexpertise aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Wachstumsstrategie ein.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Origination-Strategie für Deutschland
• Identifikation, Bewertung und priorisierte Sicherung von Flächen für PV- und BESS-Projekte
• Aufbau, Pflege und strategische Nutzung eines belastbaren Netzwerks zu Grundstückseigentümer:innen, Kommunen, Behörden und weiteren Stakeholdern
• Eigenverantwortliche Führung komplexer Verhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss von Nutzungsverträgen
• Steuerung und Optimierung des gesamten Akquisitionsprozesses (Pipeline-Aufbau, Priorisierung, Reporting)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen (Projektentwicklung, Legal, Finance)
• Marktbeobachtung sowie Analyse regulatorischer und wettbewerblicher Entwicklungen
• Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teammitgliedern
• Regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands

Qualifikation

• Mindestens 15 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Flächenakquisition, Projektentwicklung oder Origination im Bereich erneuerbare Energien oder Infrastruktur
• Nachweisbarer Track Record in der erfolgreichen Sicherung von Projektflächen (idealerweise mehrere realisierte Projekte / signifikanter Pipeline-Aufbau)
• Tiefgehendes Verständnis des deutschen Marktes für erneuerbare Energien (insb. PV und/oder BESS)
• Starkes bestehendes Netzwerk zu relevanten Marktakteuren
• Hervorragende Verhandlungsstärke sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht und in kommerziellen Strukturen
• Sicherer Umgang mit GIS-Systemen von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung, strategische Denkweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
