Job Description

ARC Intelligence is building the AI native Finance OS for modern mid market corporations.

We help finance teams manage planning, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and performance management across complex corporate structures through a single intelligent platform. By combining financial data, operational workflows, and AI, we enable organizations to automate processes, increase transparency, and make faster, better decisions.

Our vision is to become AI-native ERP system for process heavy corporations. We are starting with finance and building toward a future where AI powered software manages and automates workflows across the entire company.

Tasks

  • Own and execute ARC Intelligence's go to market strategy.
  • Generate and manage pipeline through outbound, inbound, referrals, partnerships, and founder led initiatives

  • Win and expand relationships with mid market customers.
  • Build relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and executive decision makers.
  • Conduct customer interviews and gather market intelligence to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Work closely with founders on pricing, packaging, market segmentation, and international expansion strategy.
  • Identify and validate new market opportunities, particularly in the UK and US.
  • Develop scalable GTM processes, playbooks, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into product improvements.
  • Establish the foundations for future sales, growth, and customer success teams.
  • Recruit and lead future GTM hires as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, AI, FinTech, ERP, or related technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals.
  • Experience selling to mid market customers and managing longer sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of modern go to market strategies and revenue operations.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build rather than maintain.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast moving startup environments.
  • Highly analytical, structured, and execution focused.
