Job Description

Wir suchen einen engagierten Head of Finance (m/w/d), der unsere Mission unterstützt, die Radiologie neu zu gestalten und die Gesundheitsversorgung von morgen zu revolutionieren. In dieser Rolle bist du Sparrings-Partner für die Geschäftsführung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem weiteren Aufbau des Finanz- & Controlling-Bereichs sowie auf Budgetplanung, FP&A, der Durchführung möglicher Finanzierungsrunden und der Sicherstellung einer schnellen und präzisen Buchführung.

Aufgaben

• Budget, FP&A & Forecasting: Erstellung und Steuerung der Budgetplanung, sämtlicher FP&A Prozesse, sowie rollierender Forecasts.
• Sparringspartner C-Level: Strategischer Sparringspartner für C-Level und Geschäftsführung; du challengst bestehende Annahmen und bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensstrategie ein.
• Reporting & Analysen: Aufbereitung aller relevanten Finanzkennzahlen und Analysen (z. B. Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Abweichungsanalysen, Szenarien) für Geschäftsführung und Beirat.
• Buchhaltung & Abschlüsse: Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung mit schnellen und sauberen Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen inkl. korrekt bewerteter Rückstellungen, passgenauer Abgrenzungen & Co, gemeinsam mit unserer externen Steuerberatung.
• Finance-Strukturen & Prozesse: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von (KI-gestützten) Finance-Prozessen, Tools und Controlling-Strukturen, um eine skalierbare, transparente Finanzorganisation zu etablieren.
• Investor Relations: Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Equity Finanzierungsrunden sowie alternativer Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten.

Qualifikation

• Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz- oder Controlling-Bereich, idealerweise in dynamischen, wachstumsorientierten Unternehmen (z. B. Start-up Series A+, SaaS oder Healthtech) – vorzugsweise bereits in einer leitenden Rolle (z.B. Head of Finance, Finance Lead oder einer vergleichbaren Position).
• Finance- & Controlling-Kompetenz: Fundierte Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Reporting und Kennzahlensteuerung sowie in der Erstellung von Plan-/Ist-Vergleichen und Management-Reports.
• Buchhaltung & Steuer-Know-how: Praxis in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerbüros oder Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen sowie Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
• Daten- & Systemaffinität: Sicherer Umgang mit Finanz- und Controlling-Tools, hoher Anspruch an Datenqualität und Bereitschaft, Systeme und Reports weiterzuentwickeln.
• Analytische Stärke & unternehmerisches Mindset: Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, den Finanzbereich eines wachsenden Healthtech-Unternehmens aktiv mitzugestalten.
