Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben als Head of Finance / Leiter Finanzen

• Strategischer Sparringspartner: Du unterstützt den lokalen CEO und das internationale Management mit fundierten Analysen und steuerst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts.
• Finanzsteuerung & Reporting: Du verantwortest Budgetierung, Forecasting sowie Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und stellst eine transparente, präzise Berichterstattung sicher.
• Profitabilitätssteigerung: Du analysierst Margentreiber, Kostenstrukturen und Pricing-Ansätze und leitest konkrete Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung ab.
• Projektbasierte Finanzsteuerung: Du entwickelst die finanzielle Steuerung projektbasierter Geschäfte weiter (Materialeinsatz, Arbeitszeiten, Margen) und schaffst Transparenz auf Projektebene.
