Für ein international agierendes Industrieunternehmen mit komplexer IT-Landschaft wird eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit gesucht, die die Verantwortung für unternehmensweite Business-Applikationen übernimmt. In dieser Schlüsselposition gestaltest Du die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Applikationslandschaft und führst mehrere spezialisierte Teams im SAP- und Business-Umfeld.

Aufgaben

• Führung und Weiterentwicklung mehrerer Teams im Bereich Enterprise Applications
• Gesamtverantwortung für Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Stabilität der Business-Applikationslandschaft
• Steuerung von SAP-Standardlösungen und weiteren Unternehmensanwendungen
• Aufbau und Steuerung von Key-User- und Governance-Strukturen
• Verantwortung für Demand-, Lizenz- und Partnermanagement
• Priorisierung von Projekten und Ressourcen nach Business Value
• Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Einheiten
• Mitwirkung an unternehmensweiten Rollout- und Transformationsprojekten

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich Enterprise- oder SAP-Applikationen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP-Standardlösungen und Geschäftsprozessen
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer IT-Projekte
• Strategische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Stakeholdern
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
