Von unserem Standort an der Königsallee in Bochum aus betreuen wir Eigentümer, Investoren und Käufer in der gesamten Region. Als selbstständiger Makler bei EXTRA arbeitest du eigenverantwortlich, aber nie allein: Eine eingespielte Organisation, automatisierte Prozesse und ein starkes Team im Rücken sorgen dafür, dass du dich auf das konzentrieren kannst, was du am besten kannst – verkaufen.

Aufgaben

Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Akquise von Verkaufsobjekten in Bochum und im Ruhrgebiet sowie Aufbau und Pflege deines eigenen Netzwerks
  • Professionelle Bewertung und Vermarktung von Wohn- und Anlageimmobilien – von der ersten Einschätzung bis zum erfolgreichen Notartermin
  • Durchführung von Besichtigungen, Käuferqualifizierung und Verhandlungsführung bis zum Abschluss
  • Persönliche, individuelle Beratung von Eigentümern und Kaufinteressenten über den gesamten Prozess
  • Nutzung unserer digitalen Makler-Plattform für Akquise, Objektmarketing und Kundenkommunikation

Qualifikation

Erfahrung im Immobilienvertrieb oder als vertriebsstarker Quereinsteiger mit echter Leidenschaft für die Branche

Ausgeprägte Abschlussorientierung und der Anspruch, mehr als Durchschnitt zu leisten

Hohe Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für den gesamten Vertriebsprozess zu übernehmen

Sicheres, sympathisches Auftreten und ein gutes Gespür für die Anliegen deiner Kunden

Vertrauter Umgang mit digitalen Tools – du arbeitest gern effizient und technologiegestützt
