Job Description

Für ein sehr renommiertes Unternehmen sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Gruppenleiter Prozessmanagement / SAP IS-U (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• Du steuerst ein interdisziplinäres Expertenteam aus Projektleiterinnen, Prozessexpertinnen, SAP‑IS‑U‑Business Consultants sowie externen Berater*innen und entwickelst es fachlich und methodisch weiter.
• Weiterhin bist du für die strategische Weiterentwicklung komplexer Abrechnungs-, Stammdaten- und Marktkommunikationsprozesse (u. a. Netznutzung, MeMi, MOS‑Billing) für die Netz- und Lieferantenseite im Rahmen unseres Shared Services mit der Netzgesellschaft Düsseldorf verantwortlich.
• Zudem steuerst du die Konzeption und Umsetzung regulatorischer Vorgaben und stellst die fristgerechte, revisionssichere Implementierung sicher – für einen stabilen und störungsfreien Betrieb unserer Billing‑Prozesse.
• Du leitest oder verantwortest interdisziplinäre Projekte mit hoher Außenwirkung, z. B. die Migration unseres SAP‑IS‑U‑Systems auf S/4HANA, und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Netz, Vertrieb, Controlling, Finanzen und externen Marktpartnern.
• Auch stellst du die Prozess- und Datenqualität sicher – vom fachlichen Customizing über Test- und Qualitätsmanagement bis zur nachhaltigen Fehlerprävention – und verantwortest den Incident- und Anforderungsmanagement‑Prozess im Billing einschließlich der fachlichen Bewertung.

Qualifikation

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom/Master), z. B. in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL, Energiewirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet die theoretische Basis.
• Wir erwarten mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP‑IS‑U‑/SAP‑CI‑Welt, idealerweise im Umfeld Billing, Fakturierung, Stammdaten oder Marktkommunikation.
• Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse energiewirtschaftlicher Prozesse sowie regulatorischer Anforderungen und Marktregeln sowie Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung eines Expertenteams sowie in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte mit.
• Eine hohe Analysefähigkeit, strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, in volatilen Rahmenbedingungen fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen, setzen wir ebenfalls voraus.
• Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte adressatengerecht – auch auf Entscheider*innenebene – zu vermitteln sind selbstverständlich. Eine lösungsorientierte Hands‑on‑Mentalität, gepaart mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Veränderungsbereitschaft ist außerdem unabdingbar.
