Aufgaben

Was Sie erwartet:

• Visuelle Markenführung über alle Kommunikationskanäle hinweg (On- und Offline)
• Begleitung der Kreativprozesse von der Idee bis hin zur Umsetzung und Realisierung von Omnichannel On- und Offline-Kampagnen (Print, Social Media, etc.)
• Umsetzung visueller Inhalte für die Omnichannel-Kommunikation.
• Grafische Umsetzung aller Maßnahmen für den nationalen und internationalen Bereich unter Einhaltung des Corporate Designs
• Entwicklung UI-Design für Web-Applikationen und Corporate Websites in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Entwicklern
• Gestaltung von Kampagnen-Visuals, Weiterentwicklung neuer Content-Formate, Definition von Bildsprachen und Realisierung von Video- und Filmprojekten
• Leidenschaftliche Gestaltung und Umsetzung ungewöhnlicher, neuer Ideen in der B2B-Kommunikation
• Präsentationen von Konzeptionen an die internen Kunden und Ansprechpartner

Qualifikation

Was wir uns wünschen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Grafik- oder Kommunikationsdesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Berufserfahrung als Art Director, Grafiker oder Kommunikationsdesigner in einer Agentur oder einem Unternehmen
• Keine Berührungsängste vor einer erstklassigen B2B-Kommunikation und eine Affinität für erklärungsbedürftige Produkte
• Erkennen und Interpretieren von B2C Trends und deren Transformation sowie Anwendung in der B2B-Kommunikation
• Routinierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen Gestaltungstools und im Motiondesign
• Berufserfahrung im Kreativbereich, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld mit multimedialem Schwerpunkt
